Our story
Our story started when the renowned Shawinigan brewery “Le Trou du Diable” and the catering service “Le Buck” set out to create a space where people could come together as a community to enjoy a cozy evening and savor quality meals coming from local producers.
We renovated an old building from the 18th century located in the heart of the historic district of Trois-Rivières.
A nicely preserved house with exposed beams, large fireplaces, old stone walls and a spacious back terrace opened in the summer. Le Buck rekindled the spark of this ancient house that weight so much history.
Close enough from downtown if you have a show or a party – far enough if you want an intimate evening away from the noise
